Hello! Welcome to my wonderful world of baked goods! Baking has been a stress-relieving activity for me since I was in high school. Various pastries have helped me make my way through both undergraduate and graduate degrees.

What I love most about baking is how well it works with my ridiculously type A personality – you follow the instructions, you master the technique and voila! You get a picture perfect result at the end!
