
Kentucky Spice Latte (Pumpkin drink)
3tbsp Pumpkin Puree, chilled
1.75 oz bourbon
2oz Morris Kitchen Ginger Spice Mixer, chilled
.75oz pure maple syrup
.5oz heavy cream, chilled
whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice for garnish
Combine heavy cream with pumpkin puree (make sure to do this first and incorporate cream well into pumpkin to avoid cream curdling later on). Stir in maple syrup and bourbon. Add bourbon slowly to ensure heavy cream does not curdle. Pour into chilled glass and top with whipped cream and sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if desired.
