Did you know that a tangerine is just a type of mandarin? I swear I searched the grocery stores for an entire week looking specifically for tangerines, only to learn that mandarins are the same thing! This tangerine curd tart was excellent – my only mistake was not letting the curd thicken up quite enough (I took it off the heat too soon for fear of burning) but it was a hit nonetheless.
