Buttermilk Panna Cotta with Blood Orange Jelly

Panna Cotta is another thing I’ve never tried to make before but decided I absolutely had to try once I got my hands on this recipe. I found that my blood oranges are particularly acidic and I needed more gelatin powder than the recipe calls for in order to get the jelly to stabilize.
