Dalgona Coffee

A little late to the trend but we gave the Dalgona Coffee craze a try!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Instant Coffee

2 tbsp Granulated Sugar

2 tbsp Boiling Hot Water

Milk of your preference

Pour the instant coffee, sugar and hot water into the bowl of a stand mixer, or a small bowl. In a stand mixer, beat on the highest speed for at least 2 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Or, In a small bowl use a hand mixer or a frother until stiff peaks form. Fill a glass with your preferred milk, leaving room at the top for your dalgona coffee. Carefully spoon your stiff foamy coffee mixture over the milk and allow to slowly blend or stir gently with a spoon to combine a little.
