Strawberry Buttermilk Paletas

This recipe is from the amazing Nashville Eats cookbook but the recipe is so simple I decided to type it up for you:


– 1.5 cups buttermilk

– 0.5 cup Greek yogurt

– 1 cup mashed strawberries

– 2 tablespoons honey

Pour all ingredients into a food processor and pulse to combine. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
