I have been fascinated with souffles for a long time but have been really looking forward to trying this recipe from Food and Wine for a while now. I really should’ve invested in a grapefruit spoon as it would have made cleaning out the blood orange a lot easier than it was. Also, finding blood oranges was SO HARD in Los Angeles.
