As someone who is perpetually lazy, when I saw the recipe in Bon Appetit for Alfajores with Coconut Dulce de Leche I knew I had to be able to make it even easier for my lazy ass. I forewent the homemade dulce de leche (though it sounds INCREDIBLE) and just used canned stuff and it still tasted great.
