I find myself in a bit of a food desert in my neighborhood, constrained only to one sub-par grocery store unless I am willing to battle LA traffic to something more robust. This store only sells these massive cartons of buttermilk, so I always have a ton left over. I hate to waste food and find myself in constant search for quick and easy recipes to use up that leftover buttermilk. This was one such attempt and it was excellent.
