We made a series of fall cocktails for Morris Kitchen and this one was by far my favorite! I used the David Rio Chai powder that was a staple during my tenure as a barista, but any brewed chai tea will do the trick!
Time of the Season Cocktail
– 4oz brewed chai tea, chilled
– 1.5oz Anejo tequila
– 3oz Morris Kitchen Citrus Agave Mixer
– 1 tsp Triple Sec
Combine chai tea, tequila, Citrus Agave Mixer and triple sec into a mixer. Shake with ice for about 10 seconds and pour into tall rocks glass with ice. Garnish with orange wheel spoked with whole cloves.
